Nordic Vibe A.S., operating nvibe.no, sells stainless steel drinkware to consumers in Norway and, where noted, internationally. These terms apply to all purchases made on the site.

You may check out as a guest or create an account using email/password or a supported login provider (e.g. Google). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at kundeservice@nvibe.no if you suspect unauthorized use.

An order is a binding offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to stock unavailability or a pricing error — in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include Norwegian VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept Vipps, Klarna and major payment cards at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; Nordic Vibe does not store your full card details.

Orders are dispatched from Norway within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout and on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you once the item is delivered to the address you provided.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian angrerettloven, and further protection for faulty goods under the forbrukerkjøpsloven. See our Privacy Policy for the full withdrawal and returns process.

Nordic Vibe products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from dishwashing parts marked hand-wash only.

To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, Nordic Vibe A.S. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Norwegian consumer protection law.

All content on nvibe.no — including the Nordic Vibe name, logo, product photography and text — is owned by or licensed to Nordic Vibe A.S. and may not be copied or reused without prior written consent.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute we cannot resolve directly may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget) or the Norwegian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
